Message	underside of the shock tower trim piece, flip it over and fold it back on itself after you install the strut bar. This gives some nice, extra padding and sound insulation between the bar and the trim piece, seen as the extra layer in this pic. Oh, and cut your trim pieces from the inside, not the outside, in case you slip you won't mar up the visible side of the panel.
